In Lak'Ech gratefully joined forces with the The Belafonte Family Foundation and the Marist Brothers Center to bring mindfulness, yoga and drumming to the kids at Sacred Heart School Summer Camp (located in the South Bronx, NY).
These three fantastic non-profit organizations made dreams come true for hundreds of kids by providing them with an opportunity to get out of the hot city and do the things kids are best at... learning and having fun!
Marist Brothers Center consists of 160 acres of land located along the Hudson River in Esopus, NY. They offer a rotation of weekly children's camp with a huge array of activities and nightly themed events including a carnival and a haunted house!
In Lak'Ech enjoyed the privilege of teaching six classes within two days to groups of young people from grades 2 to grade 8. We practiced mindful breathing, yoga and drumming on African Djemba Drumming.
We at In Lak'Ech are passionate about teaching youths (as well as adults), new and skills to make life better...happier people make a happier world!
We are available for private parties, one on one in person or on Zoom. All donations are 100 % tax deductible. Help us to build an organization that makes the world a better place one person at a time.
Please check out our website https://inlak-ech.org/ for upcoming events.

Sangha Tierra is a nine piece band that performs socially and spiritually conscious world music. Sangha Tierra, based in the New York City/New Jersey area, mixes World & Latin music influences. “Sangha” in Sanskrit means a community that is spiritually connected and “Tierra” in Spanish means earth. Our goal is to create a world community that is spiritually connected through our music. To accomplish this, we play a fusion of world genres that express our positive message of love and unity in several languages, including English, Spanish, & Portuguese.
Share our music and our vision by connecting people through our sound!
